  1. Not taking the survey as I had such bad experience. Might never go into an Arbys again. We ordered 1 American RB & 1 Crispy Chicken & Med fry. I opened the RB to put more sauce on it. The beef didn’t look good and was totally COLD. Took back and young girl at counter said it gets like that because of the other ingredients. I have had this sandwich many times & it never like this. They remade it. When gave to me outside paper sopping wet with grease. I put on a napkin at table and opened it. they had microwaved the beef so it was black and cooked together to form a very hard crust. Husband took back. Ass’t mgr Keven said they did what I wanted and to get that garbage off the counter. Said it was our sandwich & we don’t have to come back. Husband left it & decided he wouldn’t eat his sandwich either & we would dispute charge. thought to take pictures of sandwich on counter but went back it was gone. Ass’t mgr said we don’t have to come back & didn’t appreciate having to clean up our garbage. I started to cry (sorry couldn’t help it way he was talking to us). As we started to leave another man came up asked what problem was. He said they would remake it. He brought it to me at our table. Apologized and said we didn’t have to be treated so disrespectfully & he would deal with it. I am sure the second sandwich would have been good as he said made with fresh sliced beef but I was so upset I couldn’t eat. Sandwich is sitting in our refrigerator. This was a terrible experience. I believe they made the 2nd sandwich so terrible on purpose to show me. and put all kinds of greasy material on the OUTSIDE of the wrapping. Even tho last person was really nice and tried to make it right I left in tears and WILL NEVER BE BACK. I wish I got the name of the last man who was very apologetic & nice but I was crying and so upset. This was the Fargo location at 3185 25th St. Ass’t manager Kevin needs to go to training regarding how to talk to customers. This was on June 29.
